Ordering & Delivery Policy


Exceptional and personalized services are available through our knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient staff. JuiceMedica’s full-time practitioner support team is always available to answer questions relating to juice cleansing options, internal cleansing, and detoxification treatments.

All juice cleansing programs are available for pick-up at Main Line Health

Foods & NutriCare Wellness Center, which is conveniently located at

225 City Ave Suite 8, Bala Cynwyd PA., 19004.


Advanced Ordering Policy 


Orders must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pick-up or delivery. It is our policy to collect 100% payment at the time the order is placed. 


We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.



Delivery & Shipping


We provide local delivery service in Philadelphia and throughout South Eastern PA, as well as Southern Jersey, and Delaware. Our delivery and handling fee is a flat rate of $45.


U.S. orders received by 4:30pm EST are shipped the same business day they are placed. To ensure that the nutritive qualities of fresh juice and flavor are retained, all orders are shipped overnight and Saturday Overnight delivery at the carrier book rate (based on weight and distance), except orders to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska is by 2-day air.


If not received within this time, contact the customer service department upon receipt of your order, please check it immediately, and report any discrepancies within 1 day of receipt. We will make every effort to remedy the situation as soon as possible.


Cancellation and Missed Scheduled Pick-ups 


It is our policy that customers are responsible for all orders they have placed. 
When placing an order for the juice cleanse, that juice is made and reserved especially for you. Customers who choose not to pick up their order or call to cancel their order will incur the loss of full payment amount. Therefore, the following policy will apply:

- 24 hour notice is required to cancel an order you have placed. 
- If the order is canceled within the above time period, the payment will be applied toward the next order placed. 
- For any late cancellation or missed scheduled pick-up, payment will not be refunded.

JuiceMedica™ strives to keep prices as low as possible without compromising the quality and efficacy of our juices, however, from time to time circumstances may arise where we may need to change prices without advanced notice.
